Collection Order Instructions

Please note that our collection point is at:

Waiting times for both collection and delivery may vary during peak hours due to high demand. While we strive to deliver food on time, there may be a window of up to 20 minutes either side of your scheduled time.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in £ sterling.

  • The minimum order for delivery is £15.00 within a 4-mile radius.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • By submitting your order details, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) specified. We reserve the right to refuse your offer if necessary.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to your account within 7–10 working days.

Ordering and Cancellation of Orders

  • Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products you have ordered and paid for in full.

  • If someone else places an order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

  • Amendments to orders or delivery times can be made up to 40 minutes before the start of the delivery window by phoning the restaurant directly.

  • Delivery time slots may be altered up to 45 minutes before the start of your order window, subject to availability.

  • Orders may be cancelled in full up to 45 minutes before the start of the delivery window selected.

  • Cancellations made within 45 minutes of the delivery window will be charged in full.

  • Special offers cannot be altered through substitutions or deletions.

Products

  • Side orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, an alternative will be offered.

  • Some products may contain nuts or nut derivatives.

  • Desserts and ice cream may also contain nut derivatives.

  • Although every effort is made to remove bones from chicken and meat, some may remain.

  • A minimum order value applies, which will be displayed at checkout if your basket does not meet the requirement.

Delivery Times

We aim to provide the best possible food delivery service, including on-time delivery. However, unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or staff illness may occasionally prevent us from achieving this.

Latest Order Time

  • Due to licensing laws, we cannot accept orders for delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before closing time.

  • Customers collecting their orders must arrive before the restaurant closes; otherwise, we will be unable to serve them.
